I signed up with mochahost after seeing a very fair price. the made it difficult to open my account - had to fax photo id. They took a while to set up the account after I faxed in ID (4-5 hours) then there multiple 500 errros when i started trying to use wordpress. Their email replies were super slow (4-8 hours) and not helpful at all. The do not offer telephone support and their chat support can't help with any technical issues! They could not fix the issues so I cancelled my account....
